David, Katie and Ryan prepare for Fine Dining Afternoon July 2024

***Fine Dining Afternoon Update***

David, Katie and Ryan are all very familiar with polishing cutlery and providing accurate table service in our cafe, and they are bringing all their concentration and attention to detail to learning how to set tables for fine dining experiences.

They are preparing for our special event on 11th August at one of the weekly sessions at The Globe Inn where they are working with Front of House Manager Chitra. There is so much to think about when using the correct cutlery and glassware, setting it correctly for each course, positioning everything to make the dining experience perfect for their guests.
