Your booking matters more than you think… all the money we make is used to cover business
costs in support of our aims.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality training, education and employability skills for young people who need additional support (ASN).
Young people will be preparing your food alongside skilled mentors and this provides excellent experience in a real working environment.

External catering orders are accepted within the context of this wider work and the availability of resources in order for us to deliver an excellent service to you every time.

All external catering is made freshly to order and can be delivered by arrangement (within 5 miles of Dumfries) or available for collection from our cafe. This service is provided during normal opening hours or by special arrangement. Please note we will accept external catering bookings which are made at least 1 week in advance and in respect of our capacity alongside our core operations and will require confirmation of dietary requirements in advance.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies

We offer gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options.
If you or your guests have a food allergy or intolerance please let us know or speak to our staff about the ingredients in your food and drink before you order.

Dietary requirements should be confirmed in writing with your booking.
Because we prepare all our food in our kitchens where allergens are present, we cannot guarantee that any products do not contain trace allergens.
