Dan completes his training October 2025

It’s always a bittersweet moment when we have to say goodbye when a young person has completed their training and is ready to move on – we are going to miss Dan! He’s been a great part of our team, both in the kitchen and front of house and it was a pleasure to see him receive his certificate, presented by Mentor, Gail, today.
