Liam has done it again!

This time he has baked this delicious vegan chocolate cake with kitchen mentor, Sarah.

Liam is really putting into practice all the skills he has learned whilst training in the kitchen – carefully reading a recipe, measuring and mixing ingredients in the correct order, setting the temperature of the oven, timing the baking of the cake to ensure a perfect rise, allowing cooling time and piping the icing with skill and creativity for those final touches!

Well done Liam (and Sarah) – our customers are going to love this cake!
